HILLTOP, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Hilltop man is facing felony domestic charges in Fayette County.
According to Sheriff Mike Fridley, Fayette County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to a domestic incident occurring in the Hilltop area this afternoon. Evidence indicates that the male party allegedly choked the female during the incident. It was further determined the male party has two prior domestic violence convictions.
Danville W. Daniels is charged with Strangulation and 3rd Offense Domestic Battery (both felonies). He will now await court proceedings.
