SUNBEAM, WV (LOOTPRESS) – No injuries were reported following an early morning house fire thanks to smoke detectors.
According to the City of Logan Fire Department, at 2:22 AM, the LFD responded to a structure fire on Heritage Lane in the Sunbeam area.
Firefighters arrived to find a double-wide mobile home engulfed in flames, particularly at the rear of the structure.
Fortunately, all occupants had safely evacuated, alerted by smoke detectors.
Firefighters quickly initiated an attack on the blaze while establishing a water source.
The fire was successfully extinguished, and no injuries were reported.
