RALEIGH COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Hundreds are currently without power in Raleigh County as of Sunday night.
According to Appalachian Power, 527 customers are without power in the Affinity, Midway, and Pemberton areas of Raleigh County.
Power has been out most of the afternoon and evening.
The cause of the outage has not been released at this time, but power is estimated to be restored by tomorrow, February 2, 2026, at 12:59 PM.
