WILLIAMSON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Iaeger man was arrested over the weekend on charges pertaining to the possession with intent to deliver of over half a dozen illegal substances including fentanyl, heroin, ecstasy, and an array of other substances.
The Mingo County Sheriff’s Office reports that Steven Coleman of the Iaeger area was taken into custody by MCSO Deputies on Friday, November 29, 2024, with assistance from the West Virginia State Police.
Mingo County Sheriff’s Deputies B.T. Sipple and J. May facilitated Coleman’s arrest, along with West Virginia State Police Troopers Vance and Morrison.
Coleman was found to actively be in possession of a wide array of substances and other items, including thousands of dollars in U.S. currency as well as at least three illegally possessed firearms.
Among the substances discovered during the arrest and indicated by authorities as part of the charges against the suspect are methamphetamine, heroin, suboxone, dilaudid, ecstasy, cocaine, hydrocodone, fentanyl, and oxycodone.
Steven Coleman faces charges in relation to possession of each of the aforementioned substances, as well the illegally possessed firearms.
Mingo County Sheriff’s Deputies Sipple and May also facilitated the arrest of Mattew J. May of Delbarton on Friday. May faces charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance as well as Trespassing, Entering Without Breaking, and Grand Larceny.
