RALEIGH COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The Raleigh County Commission has appointed an interim Prosecuting Attorney following Ben Hatfield’s resignation.
According to the Raleigh County Commission, effective immediately, Tom Truman will assume the role of acting Prosecuting Attorney until the County Commission schedules a special meeting.
This announcement comes after Ben Hatfield submitted his resignation earlier today.
No other comments by the commission will be made at this time.
