RIPLEY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Jackson County man has been arrested and faces multiple charges pertaining to sexual assault including two counts of incest.
According to reports from the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department, law enforcement facilitated the arrest of Aster Lee Miller, 56 years old of Sandyville, West Virginia.
Miller has been charged with two counts of sexual assault as well as two counts of incest, and the arrest comes upon the conclusion of an investigation conducted by Deputy BL Varney and Detective SC Fisher.
Following the arrest, Miller was arraigned by a Jackson County Magistrate and committed to South Central Regional Jail in lieu of a bond set at $80,000.
