PINEVILLE, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A local Mexican restaurant has closed permanently.
Ole Jose Grill and Cantina, a staple of Pineville, permanently closed late last week.
The establishment did not provide a reason for the closure but made the following post to its Facebook page:
“Tonight is the last night. Our bar will be open at 5 pm. We will serve chips, cheese, & salsa.
We’d love to see everyone who has supported us over the years.
Come by for one last drink and say hello.”
The hours on the establishment’s Facebook page have also been updated to state “Permanently closed.”
Unconfirmed reports suggest ICE was present at the business last week. At the time of reporting, no official announcements regarding federal activity at the establishment have been released.
