LOGAN COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Champanville man is charged with threats of terrorist acts.
According to the West Virginia State Police, James Bradley Davis made a phone call to a victim while in school. Davis allegedly told the victim that he would “kill him.” Davis also went on to say he would cut his leg off and made other derogatory comments.
The victim said that Davis was a neighbor, and they had only spoken once, which was not confrontational. Davis was arrested earlier this month for making threatening statements to the victim’s older sister.
He is currently in Southwestern Regional Jail under a 25,000 dollar bond.
