LOGAN, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Logan, WV, man is facing charges of sexual abuse and domestic battery.
According to the Logan Police Department, officers responded to a home for a domestic call. When police arrived, the victim stated that Steven Helms had raped her and wanted a rape kit done.
Helms was transported to Southwestern Regional Jail and is out of bond.
