OAK HILL, WV (LOOTPRESS) A man from New Jersey is facing charges after he allegedly destroyed property inside Comac and was caught masturbating.
According to WV State Police, on Thursday, July 13, 2023, a bystander waved down troopers and said a man, later identified as Victor Sanchez, was inside the Comac, destroying property and appearing intoxicated. Police observed Sanches in the alley directly across from Comac, appearing to be under the influence and carrying a bottle of wine.
Bystanders also advised that Sanchez had been masturbating on and along the roadway while attempting to cross the street.
When police made contact with Sanchez, he was unable to stand up. The store owner confirmed the information that the bystander gave to the police.
Sanchez was charged with public intoxication and indecent exposure. He is currently out on bond.
