MILTON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A man is behind bars after being found unresponsive inside his running vehicle, the Milton Police Department announced Saturday.
According to police, officers responded to a “man down” call on U.S. Route 60 and upon arrival found 41-year-old Denver Saunders, of Glenwood, unresponsive in his vehicle with the vehicle still running.
EMS was then called to the scene and afterward, Saunders was arrested by Milton police on charges of 3rd offense DUI – Drugs, and possession of a controlled substance (2).
Saunders was in possession of both heroin and Lortab at the time of the arrest.
Saunders was incarcerated in lieu of a $15,000 bond.
