GAULEY BRIDGE, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A man is in jail after becoming irate when he was refused to come inside over something to eat.
According to Fayette County deputies, on Tuesday, June 22, 2021, deputies responded to a domestic incident in Gauley Bridge at around 2 am. Â When deputies arrived, the victim stated that Josh Keenan came over around 2 am and requested to come inside so he could get something to eat.
Due to Keenan being aggressive to the victim, he did not let him in but said he would fix him something to eat and bring it out. Â Keenan got irate and busted out the glass on the front door with his backpack. Â The victim suffered a minor laceration on his forehead, and the suspect fled into the woods.
Deputies observed shattered glass everywhere and a minor laceration to the victim’s forehead.
Keenan is charged with domestic battery and the destruction of property. Â He is currently in Southern Regional Jail under a 5,000 dollar bond.
