CABELL COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A West Virginia man was charged after allegedly being extremely drunk, yelling obscenities, and exposing his genitals to his neighbors.
According to Huntington Police Department, officers responded to 6th Street about a male suspect, Richard Adkins, who was on his porch yelling cuss words at a group of people across the Street. Officers say they noticed beer cans on the patio table and Adkins being unsteady on his feet.
Adkins started yelling and became physical with a female living at home. Witnesses told police that Adkins started screaming, circling a car, exposing himself, and peeing outside multiple times.
Once officers got Adkins to the police station, they asked if he would cooperate with them, to which he replied, “hell no.”
Adkins is charged with public intoxication, indecent exposure, and disorderly conduct.
He is being held in Western Regional Jail under a 1,200 dollar bond.
