PARKERSBURG, WV (LOOTPRESS) — A Wood County man was taken into custody after police say he was found nude in a Parkersburg parking lot.
According to authorities, on Tuesday, an officer was patrolling Blizzard Drive when he saw a man standing in the lot of the AT&T store at 1615 Blizzard Drive. The man, later identified as Marion Delbert Sweeney Jr., was reportedly nude with a pair of black sweatpants pulled down around his ankles, exposing his anus and genitals to passing traffic and the officer.
The officer approached and placed Sweeney under arrest for indecent exposure.
