BLUEFIELD, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A man is facing charges after punching a woman.
According to Bluefield Police, on August 27, 2021, officers responded to a disturbance. Â When they arrived at the house, the victim had blood on her face and a laceration on her left middle finger. Â When police spoke to the suspect, Harry Morris, they didn’t notice marks but noticed a swollen hand.
The victim told police that Morris had punched her many times. Â Collins also stated that Morris attempted to hit her with a board resulting in a nail going through her finger as she tried to block it.
Morris is charged with domestic battery. Â He is currently being held in Southern Regional Jail under a 2,500 dollar bond.
