CLAY COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – One man has been arrested after police found multiple drugs and firearms within his residence.
According to a criminal complaint, on Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at approximately 2:25 AM, an officer received a search warrant for the residence of William Bookheimer located along Clay Highway.
Upon executing the search warrant this officer discovered marijuana, heroin, MDMA, and approximately 2.5 lbs of suspected meth.
This officer also found several firearms inside the home of Mr. Bookheimer, who is a convicted felon of prior drug charges.
Bookheimer was charged with four counts of possession with intent and felony prohibited persons with a firearm.
He is currently at Central Regional Jail on a $300,000 bond.
