CABELL COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A man screaming at vehicles and throwing his hands up at them as they passed by is facing charges.
According to Huntington Police Department, on June 26, 2023, officers responded to the 400 block of Bridge St in Guyandotte for reports of a male, James Cummings, screaming at vehicles as they passed him and throwing his hands in the air.
When officers arrived, they noticed Cummings appeared under the influence of an intoxicating substance, as he could not stand still, sweating and grinding his teeth. Officers told Cummings to leave but later had to respond again because he continued acting crazy and screaming at vehicles.
Cummings was charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication. He is currently out on bond.
