MAN, WV (LOOTPRESS) – On July 24, 2023, at approximately 12:07 am, Troopers responded to a reported shooting on Main Street in Man, WV.
The investigation revealed the accused, Vincent Lee Doherty, 44 of Accoville, WV shot the victim, Ronald Lee Lusk, 49 of Man, WV one time in the arm as the victim was riding his bike.
The victim was transported to Logan Regional Medical Center for a non-life-threatening injury.
The accused was located and taken into custody without incident. Doherty is charged with Attempt to Commit a Felony (Murder), Malicious Wounding, Wanton Endangerment Involving a Firearm, and Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony.
The status of this investigation remains active and ongoing.
