KANAWHA COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – One man has been arrested after allegedly stabbing his ex-girlfriend in the leg with a screwdriver.
According to a criminal complaint, Eric Duncan was at the residence of his ex-girlfriend in the Jefferson area of Kanawha County. An argument ensued between the two which eventually led to a physical altercation.
The complaint states that Duncan first slapped the victim in the face with an open hand. After the conclusion of the altercation, Duncan picked up a screwdriver and stabbed the victim in her right leg.
Duncan verbally admitted to another individual that he did stab the victim in the leg.
Duncan was arrested and charged with domestic battery with a weapon. He is currently at South Central Regional Jail on a $1,000 cash bond.
