MILTON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – One man has been arrested after stealing a truck from work crews in Milton.
On Thursday morning, a truck was stolen from a work crew doing repairs at the Milton Volunteer Fire Department at approximately 11 AM. Milton Police Chief Parsons responded and immediately put out a BOLO for the vehicle as Lt O’Dell searched the area for the truck.
Video surveillance footage was viewed at the Fire Department and a suspect was identified. Cabell County deputies located the truck on Sunrise Lane and arrested the suspect, Chris Foster of Milton on unrelated outstanding warrants.
Foster was then charged with Grand Larceny by Chief Parsons. Foster was arraigned on all charges and was incarcerated in lieu of a $39,150 bond, he is currently at Western Regional Jail.
The truck has been released to the owner. Deputy Morrison and the Cabell County Sheriff’s Department assisted in this incident.
