NICHOLAS COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A man has been charged after striking his mother in the head and her car.
The West Virginia State Police in Summersville responded to a domestic call in Nicholas County on Tuesday, April 4th. When they arrived, the victim said she was helping her son, Dalton Webb, 22, move out of his apartment, which resulted in an argument.
The victim says Webb hit her in the back of the head and struck her vehicle multiple times.
Webb pled guilty to domestic assault in October of 2022.
Webb was arrested and charged with domestic battery and assault, his second offense. He is currently out on bond.
