NICHOLAS COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Fairmont man is arrested after pointing a gun at two different people, threatening to blow them off the mountain.
According to Nicholas County Deputies, on December 24, 2021, Gerry McCoy Jr. pointed a pistol at two female victims while getting Christmas gifts. Â McCoy started cussing one female victim and advised he would blow them off the mountain.
On Christmas day, a separate incident occurred when McCoy became hostile towards a female and started shooting a gun, reloaded it, and pointed it at the victim.
McCoy is charged with three counts of wanton endangerment. Â He is in Central Regional Jail under a 50,000 dollar bond.
