CHARLESTON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – One man has been arrested after throwing a can of Coca-Cola at his ex-girlfriend at her workplace.
According to a criminal complaint, on June 5, 2024, 42-year-old Roy Ramsey approached his ex-girlfriend outside of her workplace in Charleston in an attempt to start a conflict.
Ramsey then allegedly threw an open can of Coca-Cola at the victim.
After, he grabbed a lanyard that was hanging around the victim’s neck and forcefully tore it off of her.
Ramsey’s actions resulted in visible scratches and left a potential small laceration on the victim.
Ramsey has since been arrested and charged with Domestic Battery. He is currently out on bond.
