NICHOLAS COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A man is facing charges after trying to solicit a 13-year-old female child to have sex.
According to deputies, David Lewis, 21, was communicated through Facebook Messenger with who he thought was a 13-year-old female. Â During the conversation, Lewis asked the child if she wanted to have sex and that they could go down to his farm and do it there. Â Lewis did a video call and exposed himself. Â He sent nude pictures of himself on another occasion.
Lewis then decided to meet the child at a location in Summersville. Â That is when deputies met with Lewis and arrested him.
Lewis is charged with soliciting a minor via a computer and soliciting a minor for sex. Â He is being held in Central Regional Jail under a 50,000 dollar bond.
