BOONE COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A man faces charges stemming from an out-of-county warrant for a domestic incident.
Reports from the Boone County Sheriff’s Department indicate that last week, Thursday, December 1, 2022, deputies with the department were conducting an investigation into a domestic incident in the Tony’s Branch area of Boone County.
It was during this investigation that deputies were able to locate Lucas Lanham, 22 years old of Charleston, West Virginia.
Over the course of the investigation, deputies discovered an active domestic battery warrant out of the Charleston area of Kanawha County with which Lanham was associated.
Lucas Lanham was arrested and transported for processing, and faces charges based on the active warrant.
Furthermore, deputies with the Boone County Sheriff’s Department indicate that additional charges are forthcoming with regard to Thursday’s investigation.
