MILTON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A man has been arrested on multiple charges after being found passed out in a car.
According to the Milton Police Department (MPD), responding to a man-down call at Glenwood and Harrison, police found a man passed out in a car.
The suspect, Joshua Hysell, was awakened and was found to be wanted on a Putnam County capias warrant for driving while revoked.
Hysell was also found to be in possession of a handgun and 30 grams of heroin along with packaging material and $300 in cash.
Hysell was charged with the capias, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (heroin), prohibited person with a firearm, and third offense driving while revoked for DUI.
He was lodged in the Western Regional Jail pending arraignment.
