MASON COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A man is facing charges after he allegedly chased two juveniles through a cemetery and to a nursing home.
According to police, two juveniles say a man with curly clown-like hair and a flannel shirt had chased them from a cemetery to a nursing home. They claim that they saw the man walk towards them, and they got scared and took off running. When the kids turned around and looked behind them, they saw the male running after them.
The two juveniles reached a nearby nursing home where the man watched them in the field.
The father found a man matching the suspect’s description at the Speedway across from the cemetery within the same hour. The suspect was identified as Benjamin Somerville. Both juveniles were shown a picture of Somerville, and both were able to identify him.
Somerville is charged with two counts of assault. He is being held under a 2,000 dollar bond.
