WYOMING COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A man is in jail after “duck walking” in the street, pulling his hair, and cussing himself out.
According to the Oceana Police Department, officers responded to a convenience store about a male causing a disturbance. The caller told police that the suspect was dancing strangely and pulling his hair. When police arrived, the suspect, Joshua Dwayne Graham, was bent over behind his feet, “duck walking” while screaming obscenities to himself.
Police gave Graham several commands to stop screaming and to show his hands, but he refused. Officers were able to place Graham in handcuffs. Graham had a used syringe and burnt foil in his blue jeans pocket. Graham told officers to be careful; he may have an old “rig” in there that he said was for his dope.
Graham was charged with disorderly conduct and obstructing a police officer. He is currently in Southern Regional Jail under a 500-dollar cash-only bond.
