MARTINSBURG, WV (LOOTPRESS) – One man has been charged for trafficking drugs in West Virginia.
According to U.S. Attorney William Ihlenfeld, Donald McDuffin Williams, age 49, of Baltimore, Maryland, was indicted Tuesday on federal fentanyl and cocaine charges.
Williams is charged with possession with intent to distribute fentanyl and possession with intent to distribute cocaine base.
According to court documents, investigators suspected Williams of trafficking drugs in Harpers Ferry.
Investigators obtained a search warrant for a property where Williams was staying and found fentanyl and cocaine.
Williams faces up to 20 years in federal prison for each charge.
A federal district court judge will determine any sentence after considering the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors.
