MERCER COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – On February 6, 2023, Matthew P. Huffman, 36, formerly of Bluefield, WV, was arrested and arraigned in Mercer County Magistrate Court for the following felony offenses:
1. Embezzlement
2. Computer Fraud
3. Fraudulent use of a Credit Card (5 Counts)
4. Forgery/Fraudulent Creation of a Demand Draft (3 Counts)
5. Fraudulent Schemes
These charges are a result of an investigation conducted by Lieutenant Steven A. Sommers, into the unlawful use of corporation funds at Southern Highlands Community Mental Health Center in Princeton, WV.
