RAINELLE, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Nettie man is charged with terroristic threats in Greenbrier County.
According to Rainelle Police, Elbert Bragg Jr. called Summit Bank and wanted to speak to a female who was not working at the time. He told the lady on the phone that he would kill both victims and blow up the bank. He hung up and called back, asking for the same victim; the third victim told him that she was not working. Bragg told her that he was outside the bank with a grenade launcher. He told her that if she hung up, he would blow the bank up. Bragg then hung up for the second time and called back a third time. During the third call, Bragg was making demands and said if they were not met, he would blow the bank up.
Bragg is charged with three counts of terroristic threats. He is currently in Southern Regional Jail.
