CHARLESTON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – One man is behind bars after he entered an occupied home and took a box of cereal, and then proceeded to eat the cereal on the back porch of the residence.
According to a criminal complaint, on April 18, 33-year-old Walter Rogers entered an occupied residence on Magnolia Street in Charleston. While Rogers was inside, he took a box of cereal and began eating it on the back porch.
He also took a pack of cigarettes from the residence which were still in his possession when officers arrived.
Rogers was taken into custody by police and charged with Daytime Burglary. He is currently in South Central Regional Jail on a $5,000 bond.
