HUNTINGTON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A man is facing charges after he walked into a building and exposed himself to many people; he then left and urinated on the sidewalk while continuing to expose himself.
Upon the police’s arrival, individuals in the vicinity directed them to the accused, who was positioned in front of 940 4th Avenue, Huntington, WV. Officer Blackburn and PPO Preston conversed with the accused while another officer conversed with the witnesses.
The police interviewed the witnesses, who recounted observing Robert Pettit entering the address as mentioned above, pulling down his pants, and exposing his genitals to people.
Subsequently, the accused exited the building and proceeded to urinate on the sidewalk, exposing himself to multiple individuals in the 900 block of 4th Avenue.
As a result, Robert Pettit is now facing charges of indecent exposure and disorderly conduct, after he exposed himself.
