CABELL COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A man was found passed out drunk and completely naked at a West Virginia Park.
On September 6, 2024, a Barboursville Police officer responded to a report at the amphitheater in Barboursville Park about a man who was found passed out and nude in his car.
Upon arriving, police officers discovered that Jacob Bailey was passed out in his car, fully naked.
Police say Bailey was so intoxicated that they had to shake him multiple times to wake him up. An open container of alcohol was located inside the vehicle.
Bailey was charged with indecent exposure and public intoxication. He is currently out on bond.
