BRUSH FORK, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A 37-year-old man is in critical condition following a shooting early Saturday morning at a Mercer County bar.
According to the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office, police responded to the West Virginia University (WVU) Emergency Room in Bluefield after receiving a report of a gunshot victim.
The incident occurred before 3:45 at Jay Jay’s Bar, located at 1188 Coal Heritage Road in Brush Fork.
The victim, who sustained multiple gunshot wounds, is currently undergoing medical treatment.
Authorities have not released the names of those involved as the investigation remains ongoing.
