WEST VIRGINIA (LOOTPRESS) – A man has been charged with traveling from out of state to engage in illicit sexual conduct.
An indictment was unselaed on April 4, 2023, after a Grand Jury says Kyle Andrew Umstead, 34, traveled from Douglasville, Pennsylvania, to Cross Lanes, West Virginia, in Kanawha County, on March 18, 2023.
Umstead allegedly traveled from Pennsylvania to Southern West Virginia to engage in illicit sexual conduct, which is with someone under the age of 18-years-old.
Umstead is being held in Central Regional Jail. Umstead is being represented by Tim Carrico with Carrico Law Offices in Charleston.
