BLUEFIELD, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A man known as “Rooster” has been charged with conspiring to distribute up to 200 pounds of methamphetamine.
On or about March 18, 2023, at or near Bluefield, Mercer County, West Virginia, within the Southern District of West Virginia and elsewhere, Alejandro Gallegos, also known as “Rooster,” knowingly conspired with others by distributing approximately 200 pounds of methamphetamine to another person known to the complainant.
Gallegos was officially charged with the crimes on April 4, 2023.
Methamphetamine is a Schedule II controlled substance. Gallegos is charged with Conspiracy to Distribute Methamphetamine.
