OAK HILL, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A man is in jail after he punched his girlfriend in the face multiple times over a marijuana bowl.
According to Oak Hill Police, officers responded to Summerlee Avenue over a domestic call. When they arrived, the female victim stated that she and her boyfriend, Gary Wayne Hornsby Jr., had gotten into an argument over a marijuana bowl.
The victim told police that Hornsby began punching her with his fist multiple times, causing her face to swell and bruise. Officers located Hornsby at another address and arrested him.
Hornsby is charged with domestic assault. He is currently in Southern Regional Jail under a 2,500 dollar bond.
