NICHOLAS COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Nicholas County man is charged with terroristic threats after he threatened to go to various stores and “cut people’s faces” to random civilians if he didn’t receive his DHHR benefits.
According to Nicholas County deputies, on May 19, 2021, Fabian Don Cottrill called the DHHR in Summersville, Nicholas County, WV, and threatened to go to various stores and cause serious bodily injury by “cutting people’s faces” to random civilians if his demands were not met. Cottrill was attempting to intimidate the workers at the DHHR to obtain benefits and assistance from them.
Cottrill is charged with threats of terrorist acts. He is currently in Central Regional Jail under a 10,000 dollar bond.
