SUMMERS COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A man faces charges after threatening to shoot a victim and her family over ruining his plant.
According to the police, they responded to a home on Crooked Run Road about a man threatening his family members. A victim on the scene told police that James Harrison began cussing and yelling at her after he accused her of ruining his plant. The victim advised that Harrison made threats to shoot her and her family.
Police observed Harrison acting erratically and having a large gash on his head. When police asked Harrison how he got the gash, he told them he had head bashed a bar stool and broke it over his head.
Harrison was charged with domestic assault. He is being held in Southern Regional Jail under a 500 dollar bond.
