MCDOWELL COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The McDowell County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a woman wanted on multiple felony and misdemeanor charges.
According to a wanted notice issued Jan. 6, 2026, Courtney Fay Veselosky, born Oct. 20, 1993, is currently being sought by deputies.
Veselosky is described as a white female, approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing about 128 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Authorities list Veselosky’s last known addresses as 707 Shop Hollow Road in Warriormines and 319 Skygusty Highway in Bishop.
She is wanted on several charges, including fleeing DUI, fleeing with reckless indifference, fleeing causing property damage, felony destruction of property, obstructing an officer, drug possession, and multiple additional offenses.
The McDowell County Sheriff’s Office says anyone with information about Veselosky’s whereabouts is encouraged to contact authorities. Tips may be provided anonymously by calling 304-436-4106, 304-436-8523, or other listed sheriff’s office numbers.
