Mullens – Talan Muscari hit the game-winning 3 in the waning seconds of the second overtime period as Mullens defeated Summersville 61-60 Friday night in Mullens.
Trailing 37-18 at the half, the Rebels scored 27 points in the third quarter to mount a rally.
Muscari led the Rebels with 15 points while Owen Biggs (14), Keegan Davidson (12) and Brock Green (13) all scored in double figures as well.
Colton Hellems led Summersville with 16 in the loss.
Mullens will host Pineville on Monday in the first game of the Wyoming County tournament.
