Princeton – Greater Beckley overcame foul trouble throughout its contest Friday to pick up a narrow 40-39 win at Mercer Christian.
The Cavaliers had a chance to win but a 3 was waived off, ruled that it was released after the buzzer.
Keegan Davidson and Eli Sexton each scored 11 for Greater Beckley while Deign Williams grabbed six rebounds.
Eli Patton led all scores, pouring in 24 points for the hosts.

Glen Fork’s Noah Ellis led all scorers with 35 points in the loss while Isaac Ford added 10.
