Mount Hope woman charged after domestic dispute

MOUNT HOPE, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A woman is in jail after destroying items inside a home.

According to Fayette County deputies, on Monday, July 5, 2021, a domestic dispute call came in on Madison Street in Mount Hope.  Deputies had responded to the same residence earlier after Rose Marie Campbell Regalado was causing a scene and tearing things up.   Deputies told Regalado to leave for the day, but she returned later and got into an argument with her boyfriend.  She allegedly hit the victim, tore his shirt off, and threatened him.

While tearing up the house, she destroyed a tv and the front glass window.

Regalado faces charged of domestic battery and obstructing. She is currently out on bond.
