The company has noticed emergency services across West Virginia to alert them of the outage.
911 calls are not affected by the outage.
The cause of the outage and restoration time is unknown at this time.

According to DownDetector, many users nationwide are reporting issues with multiple cell service providers.
AT&T, Cricket Wireless, and Boost Mobile, are all seeing increased outages as of Monday evening.
According to Kanawha Metro 911, AT&T is currently experiencing a cellular outage in most of Kanawha County. You will still be able to call 911 in case of an emergency.
The reason for the outage has not been released at this time.
