LOGAN COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A man was arrested after he was naked and acting in a sexual nature towards a witness’s vehicle.
On Saturday, August 26, 2023, Logan County Deputies and Logan Police Department were dispatched to the Price Bottom area. When they arrived, a witness said Christopher Cochran had been in the alley at Price Bottom for over an hour naked and acting strange.
When deputies found Cochran, he had shorts on and showed signs of impairment. The witness told deputies that Cochran had been naked and acting in a sexual nature towards the witness’s vehicle. The witness said Cochran removed his pants and started masturbating in the alley.
Cochran was arrested, and when they tried to put him in the car, he became belligerent and irate. Cochran complained that the handcuffs were too tight, so officers loosed them to make him more comfortable. In an attempt to place Cochran back into the cruise, he began to kick the officers involved.
Cochran was charged with obstructing, indecent exposure, disorderly conduct, public intoxication, and four counts of battery on an officer. He is being held in Southwestern Regional Jail under a 3,000 dollar bond.
