Louisiana (LOOTPRESS) – A man was arrested Sunday evening after Slidell police say he was discovered naked and engaging in obscene behavior inside a display shed at a local Lowe’s home improvement store.
Authorities responded to the call around 5 p.m. on May 11, 2025, after a witness reported seeing a nude individual inside one of the store’s outdoor storage sheds, which are commonly used to showcase merchandise to customers.
Upon arrival, officers began inspecting the row of display sheds. After checking several units, they located the suspect inside one of the sheds, lying on his back with his pants around his ankles. Police say the man was in possession of an open container of Vaseline and an electronic device, and was allegedly masturbating.
An officer, with taser drawn, ordered the man to pull up his pants and roll onto his stomach to be taken into custody. Police say the individual complied without incident.
According to authorities, the man admitted to his actions and claimed he was watching “YouTube” at the time. He was arrested on a charge of obscenity and booked into jail.
Police confirmed that the suspect is not a Slidell resident. His name has not been released.
