FAYETTE COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Nearly 500 customers are without power in Fayette County Monday morning.
According to Appalachian Power, 487 customers are without power in Fayette County as of 10 AM Monday.
The bulk of the outages are being reported in the Fayetteville and Hilton Village areas. There are also a handful of outages in Montgomery.
The outage in the Fayetteville area has been caused by planned maintenance with estimated restoration by 11 AM this morning.
The cause of the outage in the Hilton Village area is currently unknown but power is estimated to be restored by 5 PM this evening.
