PRINCETON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – WVU Medicine Princeton Community Hospital (PCH) is pleased to announce the addition of neurologist Stephen C. Rohrbough, Jr., M.D. He is joining Dr. Stephen Cox at MMG Neurology in Princeton and will begin seeing patients there on Dec. 2.
“We are delighted to welcome Dr. Rohrbough,” said Karen Bowling, president and CEO of PCH. “His expertise as a skilled and compassionate neurologist will be invaluable to our patients and community. This region has a high incidence of stroke, making access to specialized care and education essential for improving health outcomes.
“Dr. Rohrbough’s dedication and knowledge will undoubtedly enhance the quality of life for patients with neurological conditions and their caregivers, helping them navigate their journey toward better health,” Bowling said.
Dr. Rohrbough brings a range of expertise and interests in neurology and vascular medicine to his practice. Among the conditions he treats are stroke, epilepsy, neuropathy, headache, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s, and memory disorders.
“I am excited to be joining the PCH team and am looking forward to serving the community,” Dr. Rohrbough said. “I find it rewarding to work with neurological patients and their families and caregivers. Being able to provide support to these patients is especially important to me.”
Dr. Rohrbough received a bachelor’s degree in biology and his medical degree from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Fla. He continued his training at the University of Florida in Gainesville where he completed a medical internship, neurology residency, and vascular neurology fellowship.
