WYOMING COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – New details are emerging regarding a Pineville woman accused of numerous sex crimes against minors.
Lootpress is learning new details about the investigation into Brittany Kay Morgan, 31, of Pineville, who is accused of sexually abusing minors. West Virginia State Police say the alleged incidents occurred between August 2021 and February 2022.
During this time frame, Brittany Morgan would contact a young minor’s mother to come over and play with her kids. During the visits, Morgan allegedly sexually abused the child.
Nude pictures of Morgan and messages were discovered on the victim’s phone, even Morgan telling the child she loved him. Messages showed that Morgan would give the minor child her husband’s work schedule so he could come over while he was at work.
During the same period, Morgan put a porn video on two other children’s phones and then showed both children how to clear the search history from the phone. Morgan would also provide smoking vapes and weed vapes to children at home.
State Troopers arrested Brittany Kay Morgan on Monday, February 27, 2023. She was charged with 20 counts of Sexual Abuse by a Parent, Guardian, or Custodian, one count of Soliciting a Minor Via Computer, two counts of Display of Obscene Matter to a Minor, and two counts of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor.
Morgan is in Southern Regional Jail under a 250,000 dollar bond, with 10% cash and 90% property.
